These terms apply to all orders placed through fuelmysession.com ("the Site"), operated by Session Sports Fuel ("Session", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Session is a small-batch sports fuel brand based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including flavours, ingredients and pricing, accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product, including flavours and formulations, at any time.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed and paid for.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our checkout provider. We do not store your card details.

Orders and contract formation

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation by email, but this does not necessarily mean we've accepted your order. A contract between you and Session is formed when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, if there's a pricing error, or if the product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for details on returns, refunds, and your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product use and disclaimer

Session products are intended for use by adults engaged in sport and exercise as a source of dietary carbohydrate and electrolytes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether our products are suitable for you, please check with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before use.

Always check the ingredients list for allergens before consuming. It's your responsibility to check that a product is suitable for your dietary needs before use.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Hurford Graham Smith Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, our liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of training time or missed events, arising from late delivery, product unavailability, or similar issues outside our reasonable control.

Events outside our control

We won't be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by something outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, extreme weather, or supply issues affecting ingredients or packaging.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
