Refund policy

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at caroline@fuelmysession.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund.
This is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of any other terms in this policy.

Change of mind

Session products are food items supplied sealed for hygiene reasons and are perishable. Because of this, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a pouch has been opened or its seal broken.
If a pouch is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, contact us and we'll consider a return at our discretion.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is agreed, it will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days of agreeing the refund or receiving the returned item, whichever is later.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund you were expecting, first check your bank or card statement, as processing times vary. If it's been more than 14 days since we confirmed your refund, contact us at caroline@fuelmysession.com.
