Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in UK mainland (England, Scotland, Wales) and Northern Ireland only. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, or the Republic of Ireland. This may change in future, so check back if your location isn't covered yet.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available through selected Northern Irish clubs and collection points. Choose this option at checkout if it's available for your order. Once your order is ready, we'll send you details of where and when to collect it.Delivery costs and timings
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout:- Large letter: £3.00
- Small parcel: £4.50
- Medium parcel: £8.00
The option shown to you at checkout reflects the size of your order. Exact delivery times depend on the courier service selected and your location, but most UK mainland and Northern Ireland orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch.
Processing time
Session is made and packed in small batches. Please allow a short lead time for your order to be prepared before it's dispatched. We'll let you know if there's likely to be a longer delay than usual, for example around a new flavour launch or batch changeover.Tracking
Where tracking is available for your selected delivery method, you'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.Damaged or incorrect orders
